        RECORD DISCHARGE OF AMMONIUM NITRATE IN A DAY

          The Port of Visakhapatnam has established an all time record in unloading of Ammonium Nitrate in a day. A quantity

         of 8174 tonnes of Ammonium Nitrate was discharged in a day on 19.12.2009 from the vessel m.v.PONTONOSTOS at

         East Quay-7 surpassing the previous best discharge of 7007 tonnes on 24.03.2009

         RECORD LOADING OF C.P.COKE IN A DAY

           The port Visakhapatnam has established an all time record in loading of C.P.COKE in a day.  A quantity of 12,222    

         tonnes of C.P. Coke was loaded in a day on 08-01-2010 into the vessel m.v. OXYGEN at East Quay-7                   

          surpassing the previous best loading of 12,043 tonnes on 29-12-2006.

          RECORD LOADING OF FLY ASH BAGS IN A DAY

            The Port of Visakhapatnam has established an all time record in loading of Fly Ash Bags in a day.  A quantity of   

          3357 tonnes of Fly Ash Bags was loaded in a day on 08-01-2010 into the vessel m.v. HAE SONG at East Quay -2 

          (N) surpassing the previous best loading of 3176 tonnes on 22-02-2008. 

          M/s Integral Trading Limited are the Stevedores and Steamer Agents for the above vessel.

          RECORD LOADING OF IRON ORE IN A DAY

          The Port of Visakhapatnam has established an all time record in loading of iron ore in a day. A quantity of 

          34533 tonnes of iron ore was loaded in a day on 08.02.2010 into the vessel m.v. YUAN SHUN HAI at 

          West Quay -3 berth surpassing the previous best loading of 33116 tonnes on 22.01.2009.

          The cargo was exported by M/s. Ispat Industries

          Vessel.       

          RECORD LOADING OF THERMAL COAL IN A DAY

          The Port of Visakhapatnam has established an all time record in loading of Thermal Coal in a day. A quantity

          of 30,600 tonnes of Thermal Coal of M/s TNEB Chennai was loaded on 28.2.2010 into the vessel m.v.TAMIL ANNA

          at West Quay -2 surpassing the previous best loading of 28,332 tonnes on 10.2.2010.

          M/s. S.I.C (L). are the Stevedores and M/s SEAPORT SHIPPING PVT LTD are the Steamer Agents for the above

          vessel.

          RECORD DISCHARGE OF CHROMITE ORE IN BULK IN A DAY

          The Port of Visakhapatnam has established an all time record in unloading of Chromite ore in bulk in a day.

          A quantity of 6,040 tonnes of Chromite ore of M/s Vishnu Chemicals Limited, Visakhapatnam was discharged

          on 25.02.2010 from the vessel m.v. MICRO at EQ-1 surpassing the previous best discharge of 5,810 tonnes

          on 20.10.2007.

          M/s. J.M.BAXI are the stevedores and M/s. UNITED LINER AGENCIES OF INDIA are the steamer Agents for the

          above vessel. 

          RECORD DISCHARGE OF MANGANESE ORE IN BULK IN A DAY

          A quantity of 19,425 tonnes of Manganese Ore in bulk on account of M/s Sarada Energy & Minerals Limited,

          Raipur was discharged on 14.03.2010 at EQ-9 berth from the vessel m.v.FREE GODDESS under vessel agency

          of M/s K.Ramabrahmam & Sons Private Limited surpassing the previous best discharge of 17,436 tonnes on 

          12.01.2008 from the vessel m.v. SANCO PHEONIX.  

          M/s.K.R. & Sons Private Limited are the agents for the above vessel. 

          RECORD LOADING OF IRON ORE IN A DAY

            A quantity of 36,015 tonnes of Iron Ore (CLO & Fines) on account of M/s Ispat Industries Limited, Mumbai was 

          loaded on 23.4.2010. into the vessel m.v.STAR MANX at West Quay -5 surpassing the previous best loading of 

          34,533 tonnes into the vessel m.v.YUAN SHUN HAI on 8.2.2010

          M/s SICAL logistics Limited are the Stevedores and M/s Sree Binni Shipping are the steamer agents for the 

          above vessel.   

          RECORD DISCHARGE OF AMMONIUM NITRATE IN BULK IN A DAY

             A quantity of 8,324 tonnes of Ammonium Nitrate with a hook output of 694 tonnes of M/s Special Blasts Limited 

           Raipur was discharged on 28-04-2010 from the vessel m.v. JON JIN -2 at EQ-7 surpassing the previous best 

           discharge of 8,174 tonnes with a hook output of 681 tonnes on 19-12-2009 from the vessel m.v. PONTONOSTOS.

           M/s SRAVAN SHIPPING SERVICES PVT LTD are the stevedores and the steamer Agents for the above vessel.

           RECORD DISCHARGE OF INDUSTRIAL SALT IN A DAY

              A quantity of 21,762 tonnes of industrial salt with a hook output of 1451 tonnes was discharged on 10.05.2010  

           on account of M/s Andhra Sugars from the vessel m.v.HAWK-1 at EQ-7 surpassing the previous best discharge of 

           18,308 tonnes with a hook output of 1220 tonnes on 25.03.20008 from the vessels m.v. WOQOOF E MUJDALEFA.

            M/s Shree Ashapura Cargo carriers are the stevedores and M/s Vindhya Satpura Shipping Services Private

            Limited are the steamer agents for the above vessel. 

            RECORD LOADING OF STEEL MILL SCALE IN A DAY             

              A quantity of 10,400 tonnes with a hook output of 1156 tonnes of STEEL MILL SCALE  on account of

           M/s RADIANT was loaded on 17.05.2010 into the vessel m.v.BAO QING MEN at East Quay -6 surpassing the 

           previous best loading of 7,700 tonnes in bulk with a hook output of 856 tonnes into the vessel 

           m.v.TAI RONG-7 on 28.07.2009.

           M/s CENTURY STAR are the stevedores and M/s SEA TRANS are the Steamer Agents for the above vessel.
